Elegant Party S'mores

Make a graham cracker crust (preferably with our graham crackers) and split it evenly between 8 ramekins.  Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of each ramekin and bake as directed for the crust.  Then make your own chocolate ganache (or use a very good thick chocolate sauce) and spoon a thick layer on top of the graham cracker crust in each ramekin.  This can be refrigerated at this point, or used immediately.  (If refrigerated, remove from refrigerator about 1 hour before serving).  Use your favorite flavor of our marshmallows and cut each marshmallow in half with kitchen shears.  Place each half, cut side down, on top of the chocolate and place under a preheated broiler.  Watch carefully as this doesn't take long!  Roast until marshmallow is nicely browned.  Serve immediately.

Fancy Pecan Pie
Line your holiday pecan pie with pumpkin marshmallows and place under a preheated broiler for 1-2 minutes. This is an amazing flavor combo & an easy, impressive dessert.

Amazing Apple Crisp
Take our Butterscotch marshmallows and place them on top of your favorite apple crisp recipe. Place this under a preheated broiler for 1-2 minutes, and then drizzle with caramel sauce. Yum!

Impressive Sweet Potatoes
Sweet potatoes with marshmallows. Use your favorite holiday sweet potato recipe and instead of lining the top with plain store bought marshmallows, liven it up by using our Vanilla or Amaretto marshmallows.

One crust berry pie
This is one of my personal favorites. Make a one crust berry pie (I use blackberries) and line the top with lemon marshmallows. Place under preheated broiler for 2-3 minutes or until marshmallows are roasted. Serve immediately. If you're not serving the whole pie, place each serving on a separate heat proof plate before roasting marshmallows.

Cherry almond pound cake
Try this at your next dinner party. It's a very easy, quick, yet impressive dessert. Take slices of pound cake, cherry pie filling, and amaretto marshmallows. Place cherry pie filling in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30-45 sec. or until warm. For each serving, place one slice of pound cake on a heat proof plate. Spoon 3-4 tablespoons of cherry pie filling on cake, and then place amaretto marshmallow on top. Place under preheated broiler for 1-2 minutes or until marshmallow in roasted.

Chocolate pudding pie.
This is a good one for the kids. Make a chocolate pudding pie according to package directions. (I like to make individual pies for this you can usually find ready made mini graham cracker crusts at the grocery store). Place chocolate marshmallows on top and place under broiler for 2-3 minutes or until marshmallows are roasted. Serve immediately.

Yummy Zuchinni Bread
Take a slice of zuchinni bread and place a Very Vanilla marshmallow on top. Place it under a preheated broiler for 1-2 minutes and then drizzle with chocolate sauce. This is great with a mug of hot chocolate on the side.

Roasted marshmallows can be a fat-free substitute for whipped cream. Anything you would garnish with whipped cream, try a roasted flavored marshmallow instead!
